
The Guild Esports has a new owner
British organization Guild Esports, previously co-owned by famous English footballer David Beckham, has been officially sold to American company DCB Sports LLC for £100,000.
The American company acquired 100% of Guild Esports assets, for a cash payment of £100,000, and took on over £2 million of the organization's liabilities.
The organization previously maintained a Counter-Strike line-up called Guild Eagles made up of Kosovar ex-Bad News Eagles players.
Among the team's accomplishments: 3rd place at CCT Season 1 Online Finals #5, 1st place at RES Adriatic League Season 3, and regular participation at CCT Series.
In May 2024, the Counter-Strike roster was disbanded.
At the moment, the players who were in the lineup: SENER1 and gxx are free agents, sinnopsyy and juanflatroo play together in Into The Breach, and rigoN is a player of the German team BIG.
The organization currently has five active gaming divisions across PUBG Mobile, Sim Racing, Apex Legends, Fortnite and Fighting Games.
